Utah’s Home and Community Based Alternatives Program

Government program provided through local area agencies on aging (AAAs) that coordinates services to assist frail elderly persons living at home. Services include:

– Care management

– Personal care

– Chore services

– Adult day services

– Respite

– Personal emergency response system.

The cost of services is based on a sliding scale.
